Speaking during a church program, the prophetess said she was surprised that much of the criticism came from fellow Christians, while traditionalists and native doctors did not attack her.
She used the situation to question the spiritual standing of those who criticised her and wondered how many of them would eventually make heaven.

She said:
“The way they dragged me this last week that passed, I asked myself, out of all these people that dragged me, how many are going to heaven? Because Ezewanyi did not drag me, native doctors did not drag me, it is Christians, people that come to church and carry Bible,” she said.
Sommy also expressed a desire for people to understand what she described as the reality of hell-fire rather than attacking preachers who speak about holiness and righteousness.
“I wish that God will just tell me one day, woman of God, do a general movie day so that people will see what hell-fire looks like and stop attacking preachers of holiness and righteousness,”
