Action Democratic Party (ADP) presidential candidate Amb. Aliyu Bin Abbas has begun consultations with women in Kano State as part of his ongoing engagement with communities and key stakeholders ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
Bin Abbas visited the Women Vocational Training Centre in Sharada Phase 3, Ja’en, under the Kano Municipal Council, where he met with women to discuss issues affecting their livelihoods, skills development and economic empowerment.
The engagement also focused on women’s participation in national development and the need for policies and programmes that address the concerns of women at the grassroots.
According to the candidate, the consultation is part of efforts to give Nigerian women, particularly those in underserved communities, a greater voice in discussions about policies that affect their lives and livelihoods.
Bin Abbas reiterated his vision of “A New Nigeria That Works for All People,” saying women and young people would be central to his approach to economic transformation, inclusive development and national renewal.
The Kano engagement forms part of his broader consultations with communities and stakeholders ahead of the 2027 elections.
