A Nigerian woman, Bukola Gold has come under criticism on social media after sharing her opinion about the health condition of veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo.

The development comes after Ogogo’s family reportedly reached out to the public concerning his health, revealing that the actor has been battling stage 4 cancer.
Ogogo’s Daughter Appeals for Help
In a video shared on her page, the actor’s daughter, Kira, became emotional as she spoke about her father’s condition and appealed for assistance.
According to her, the family was told that hospitals could no longer treat her father or administer chemotherapy.
While crying in the video, she said:
“Hello everyone, i am here for my daddy He has cancer and it is stage 4 hospital is saying that they cannot treat him again that they cant give him chemo again, so please We are not here to beg for money ….. what i am here for is that if you can treat my daddy whether it is medical or herbs please …. my daddy doesnt want to die please i deont want my daddy to die, he is in pain he is not happy “
Kira’s emotional appeal centred on finding anyone who could provide medical assistance or another form of treatment that could help her father.

Following the family’s appeal, Bukola shared her opinion about Ogogo’s condition.
The woman reportedly said that what the veteran actor needs at this point is prayer rather than treatment.
Her comment did not sit well with many social media users, who criticised her for making such a statement while the actor’s family is seeking help for his condition.
