A video has gone viral on social media showing the moment two Indian men were caught after a customer reportedly discovered that the phone they sold him was not working.

The incident was shared on TikTok by a user identified as Bridget John, who explained that the customer tried to switch on the phone after purchasing it but discovered that it would not work.

According to the account shared alongside the video, the customer contacted the sellers after discovering the problem, but the two men reportedly attempted to flee from the scene.
However, some people nearby chased after them and managed to catch them, bringing them back to face the customer.
In the viral footage, people gathered around the men could be heard angrily demanding that they produce the phone, with someone shouting, “Bring the phone outside”
Sharing the video, Bridget John wrote:
“BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY FROM! 🚨 Imagine paying a huge amount of money for a phone, only to discover that it doesn’t even work! 😡📱 According to what happened, these men allegedly sold a phone to a customer, but when he tried to switch it on, it refused to work. When he called them, they reportedly ran away, but some people chased them and brought them back. This is not fair! People work hard for their money, and nobody deserves to be cheated. If you are selling a product, please be honest about what you are selling. Don’t collect people’s hard-earned money for fake or faulty products.”
