An Akwa Ibom woman identified as Hanson Cooler has taken to Facebook to express her anger towards family members who she says have put her under pressure to support them financially because she is married to a white man.

In a post shared on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Hanson accused some relatives of causing her stress, pain and losses because they believe her marriage means she is responsible for taking care of them and everything they own.

Expressing her frustration, she wrote:
“To every FAMILY MEMBER who has put me in so much stress, discomfort, pains and loss, just because you feel marrying “ a white” is a job, and as such I am owing you, and I should be taking care of you and ALL you owned, it shall never be well with you.
“Your own homes too shall NEVER experience peace. You shall loose more than you earn too. You and whoever is supporting you, your own too shall spoil unless you kpai God.”
