The bizarre encounter reportedly happened around 8 p.m. on Sunday at a home in Watauga, about 10 miles outside Fort Worth, when the family’s Nest doorbell camera captured the unidentified man.
In the footage, the stranger walks up to the front door wearing the Biden mask before opening his jacket to reveal a T-shirt bearing the word “FREEDOM” across the chest.
The shirt reportedly appeared similar to one worn by Charlie Kirk when he was assassinated at Utah Valley University in September 2025.

The man then peeled his banana while nodding his head before leaning towards the camera, giving it an unusually close look at his mask. He also tapped the camera twice, seemingly attempting to ring the doorbell.
He subsequently took a bite of the banana while appearing to stare directly into the lens. Moments later, he turned around and walked away.
The family reported the encounter to Watauga police and handed over the doorbell camera footage. Officers searched the surrounding neighbourhood but were unable to locate the man.
However, police said they found no evidence that a criminal offence had taken place.
Watauga Police Chief Jim Lewis addressed the unusual incident, explaining that the man’s behaviour and appearance did not appear to violate the law.
“Although the individual’s choice of attire and snack may have raised a few eyebrows, neither appears to have violated the law at this time.
“And while we can’t explain the costume, the banana, or the apparent political identity crisis, we can confirm that being bizarre is not, in itself, a criminal offense.”
The man’s identity and the reason behind his unusual appearance at the family’s home remain unknown.
