A Nigerian man has lamented his family situation, alleging that his foreign wife relocated abroad with their children, leaving him alone after years of supporting the household.
He said the development has left him emotionally distressed and struggling to cope without contact with his grown children.

“My Oy!nbo wife took my children who are now grown away from me, and they’ve abandoned me. Now I’m lonely and suffering, having lost everything I worked for. I always provided and worked hard for my family. I regret marrying a white woman and outside my culture, because I believe it contributed to the breakdown of my home. I feel alone now and never expected my life to turn out this way after years of sacrifice.”
He further alleged that despite efforts to maintain contact, access to his children became limited after their relocation.
He noted that the breakdown of the relationship contributed to his current loneliness and regret over the decisions made during the marriage.
