A viral video circulating across social media platforms has stirred intense reactions, as many users question the authenticity of a supposed resurrection during a church service.
The footage, shared widely on X (formerly Twitter), shows a dramatic moment where a pastor is seen praying over a man described as dead, prompting both awe and scepticism among viewers.
Dramatic Scene Leaves Worshippers in Shock
According to the caption accompanying the clip, the incident allegedly took place in Ghana, with claims that a pastor brought a dead man back to life before stunned congregants.
In the video, the man is seen lying motionless near the church altar while a pastor, flanked by two interpreters, begins to pray. During the prayer, the pastor is heard declaring, “Young man, I say to you, arise….”
Moments later, the man suddenly stands up, triggering loud celebrations among nearby worshippers, particularly women who were seen rejoicing and jumping in excitement.
What has further raised eyebrows is the man’s immediate reaction after standing up, as he quickly joined others in celebrating, rather than appearing disoriented.
Mixed Reactions Trail Viral Clip
The video has since generated a wave of mixed reactions online, with many users expressing doubt while others remained open to the possibility of a miracle.
One user, Ralphlumi, questioned the scene, saying, “Why was he celebrating? Does a dead person know that they’re dead? For you to be aware of something, you need to be conscious. I believe if someone came back to life, they’d be confused about where they are and what exactly happened.”
Another user, Onyeyechi, urged caution, writing, “If this is real, that’s beyond powerful. This is something that needs proper verification. Only God truly knows what happened here.”
However, scepticism remained strong among others. Emeka dismissed the claim entirely, stating, “Stop pushing the wrong narrative This was a drama in church and it didn’t happen in Ghana, he was just show casing how Jesus ressurected Lazarus Pastor. Dr Dag Heward is not the type that does fake miracle.”
Similarly, LikeMike insisted, “This is an arranged miracle. No man has the power to bring a dead person back to life. Non.”
