A man identified as Abboby has been arrested after residents reportedly found the body of a woman inside his bathroom.

In a video circulating online, locals could be seen confronting the man after discovering the woman’s body on the floor.
During the confrontation, Abboby was asked about what happened to the woman. In response, he claimed that he was not responsible for her death and alleged that the situation was connected to HIV.

He said the woman had threatened to infect him with HIV, adding that “it is the HIV that killed her.”
