A Nigerian businessman has shared how he lost a valuable client after one of his workers failed to flush a toilet during a house inspection.
The Man explained that the incident happened when a client visited the property for an inspection and went into the visitor’s toilet, only to find human waste that had not been flushed.

According to him, the situation angered the client, who demanded that the entire toilet be replaced, including the wall tiles and other fittings, before she would make payment.
The businessman said he confronted his workers after the client left, but none of them admitted to using the toilet.
He eventually sent all the workers off the site and was left with the cost of replacing the entire toilet.
Sharing the experience on X, He wrote:
“A client came for inspection yesterday and found poo in her visitor’s toilet.🤦♂️
One of my workers used it and didn’t flush.
She got angry immediately. Told me to replace the entire WC, wall tiles, everything in that toilet.
At my expense.She left in anger.
I gathered my workers,Nobody confessed. I sent all of them off site.
Now I’m paying for a full toilet replacement because someone couldn’t flush.
I don’t only post my wins. This is one of the losses.
Dealing with humans is the most difficult job on any site.”
