The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, joined models on the runway on Saturday at the 2026 Lagos Fashion Week (LFW).
Ugo Monye styled the governor in regal off-white attire that looked like a seamless blend of a caftan and a kimono, with a beige fedora completing the breezy yet formal ensemble.
Sanwo-Olu strutted down the runway with swagger, flashing peace signs here and a knowing nod there at the applauding crowd.
The 2026 LFW, tagged “CRAFTED: Heritage”, began last Wednesday at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos and will wrap up on Sunday.
