Over 2,000 Realtors, entrepreneurs and youths stormed the National Centre for Women Development, Garki, Abuja on Thursday as the Ultimate Vibrant Realtors Group (UVRG) hosted its 2026 Business Opportunity Training (BOT).
The conference, themed “The NextGen Wealth Project 2026,” was convened by the President of UVRG, Amb. Oseni Gbolahan.
Welcoming participants, the COO of UVRG and Chairman of the BOT, Mr. Ezeh Davies, described BOT as more than an event but a platform to build wealth that lasts.
In his keynote as convener, Amb. Oseni Gbolahan, MD/CEO of Domrad Homes, spoke on “Money on the Table,” exposing hidden profits in the real estate value chain and urging Realtors to leverage land banking, joint ventures and documentation income.
Mr. Elisha Mamman spoke on “Your Name Is Your Asset,” noting that reputation is currency and must be protected through integrity. Arc. Dr. Barka Mshelia on “The NextGen Dealmaker” emphasized technology and negotiation mastery. Dr. Linus Okorie on “The Visionary Realtor” charged Realtors to lead with vision and strategy.
Mr. Oladimeji Nurudeen on “Build to Sustain” urged building businesses that survive market cycles. Mr. Immanuelson Sam on “Winning People, Building Systems” said sustainable growth comes from relationships and systems that work without you.
Guest Speaker, Frank Ikemefune, known as Non-Fungible Frank, on “Becoming Irreplaceable,” charged Realtors to move from common to valuable by building Skills, Systems, Income and Legacy. Mr. David Assogba on “Cracking the Billionaire Codes” decoded billionaire habits for scaling.
The event, anchored by MC Toothpick, featured competitive tasks with winners going home with gadgets and cash prizes.
Organisers said BOT remains UVRG’s flagship drive to produce skilled and wealthy Realtors in Nigeria.
