A lady has sparked discussion on social media after recounting how a friend reacted to the ₦15,000 she sent after being told the woman was hungry and stranded.
According to the lady, her friend had complained that she had nowhere else to turn for help.
Although she did not have Nigerian currency available at the time, she decided to send ₦15,000 to ensure the friend could at least buy food.

Sharing the experience, the lady said, “I just sent this money to friend who complain he is hungry and stranded. She said she had no where to run to,i said ok i dont have naira at moment but make she hold this one to at least see food chop.”
She added, “She just replied saying shey na 15k i see send to her… Omo make she send the 15k back. When i gather i go send her enough money. Abi wetin una think.”
