Nkechi Blessing took to social media on September 30 to announce the actor’s death while revealing that she had been preparing to release a movie.
In an emotional post, she wrote:
“Cjay this was never the plan
Guys unfortunately I won’t be dropping my movie anymore!! This one pain me”

Before his death, Cjay had also shared a reflective message on social media on September 12, urging people to make the most of their lives.
He wrote:
“Life’s too short to be unhappy, live every minute like it’s your last. LIVE, LOVE ,LAUGH.”
