A lady has shared a regretful experience about giving away her entire savings, $2,000 worth of Bitcoin, to a church after being told it would yield greater blessings.
The lady identified as Comziee took to the video-sharing platform, TikTok to share the experience.
According to her, she had given all she had, her life savings of 2K dollars in bitcoins because she believed that such acts of selfless giving would return hugely.
She said …
“If you ever feel stupid, just know that there was a time in my life when I used to be so religious and I gave out of my life savings of 2,000 dollars I had in BTC to a church because they said that if you give God your last card, he’s going to bless you in a hundred folds…”
Her statement quickly drew reactions, with one user questioning how she was able to accumulate that amount years ago. Another user clarified that the money was earned through freelancing on Upwork.
