A Nigerian farmer has recounted how he handled the death of a goat on his farm, grabbing attention online.
In a now-viral X post, the farmer cited uncertainty over the goat’s death and ordered his staff to take a meat sample for laboratory testing.

Meanwhile, he ordered his staff to bury the remains in his presence.
In an unexpected twist, CCTV footage showed his staff digging up the remains, cooking them, and sharing them among themselves.
The farmer, who goes by the X handle, @kemigbwnga, disclosed that after watching the CCTV footage, he decided to teach his staff a lesson.
However, he informed them that the test results showed the goat died from Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), sparking panic.
Meanwhile, he reminded the staff that complying with farm procedures is obligatory and instructed them to fast for three days.
