A Nigerian lady has opened up about why a man called off wedding after his wife received millions of naira from her ex-boyfriend.
Identified as @Toniatuslim on X, the lady shared that the woman received a ₦3 million credit alert from her ex-boyfriend residing overseas.

However, the husband sought clarity from his wife, and she clarified the situation.
Meanwhile, he ordered her to refund the money and block her ex-boyfriend. She refused, which eventually led to his decision.
However, the wife emphasized it was a gift and that she hadn’t seen her ex-boyfriend in years.
“The man ordered her to send the money back and also asked her to block the ex boyfriend, but the lady refused. She said it was just a gift and besides, the ex is not in the country and she has not seen him in years”,The tweet reads.
