E-Tranzact International Plc extended its recent rally on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on October 13, 2026, gaining 9.96 percent to close at N14.35 per share.
The stock rose by N1.30 from its previous closing price of N13.05, placing it at the top of the equities gainers’ table for the trading session.
The latest advance continues the recovery in E-Tranzact shares after the stock experienced a sharp reversal earlier this month.
During the week ended October 2, E-Tranzact declined 12 percent from N12.50 to N11.
The direction changed in the following week with the stock gaining 10 percent from N11 to N12.10 by October 9.
E-Tranzact has since extended that recovery, reaching N14.35 on October 13.
From the N11 closing level recorded at the end of the week ended October 2, the stock has now appreciated by N3.35, or approximately 30.5 percent.
The latest price also places E-Tranzact 14.8 percent above the N12.50 level from which its earlier decline started, showing that the stock has not only recovered the previous loss but moved beyond that level.
E-Tranzact’s 9.96 percent advance made it the strongest equity gainer during the October 13 session.
Wapic Insurance followed with a 7.83 percent gain from N2.30 to N2.48, while DAAR Communications advanced 7.25 percent to N1.48.
Livestock Feeds continued its own rally with a 6.92 percent increase to N15.45, while Chams Holding Company gained 5.88 percent to N3.60.
The gains in E-Tranzact and other selected equities came despite continued weakness in the broader market.
The NGX All-Share Index declined 0.09 percent to 247,513.63 points on October 13, while equity market capitalisation closed at N160.708 trillion.
E-Tranzact’s performance therefore continued to diverge from the broader market, with the stock rising 9.96 percent in the latest session and approximately 30.5 percent from its N11 closing level at the end of the week ended October 2.
