Popular billionaire real estate mogul King Ochacho has gifted content creator Peller and his wife, Jarvis, a mansion worth ₦400 million during their traditional wedding ceremony held today.
The emotional moment unfolded before guests as the businessman explained that the decision to present the newlyweds with the luxury property was inspired by Peller’s positive impact on the younger generation.
According to King Ochacho, he and his family left Abuja to attend the wedding, after which he asked his children what they could do to honour Peller.
In his words, he said:
“My family and I left everything we were doing in Abuja to come through for Peller because he is an inspiration to this generation. So, because of that, I sat down with my children and asked them, ‘What can we do for Peller?’
They said, ‘Daddy, we want Peller to be staying close to Palace 7.’ They wanted him to live around that area, and I said, ‘Wow, the houses close to Palace 7 cost not less than ₦400 million. So, what do we do?’ They said, ‘Dad, Peller and Jarvis deserve the mansion.’
So, Peller, on behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house to you worth ₦400 million in Life Camp, Abuja.”
An emotional Peller, who appeared overwhelmed by the unexpected gesture, recalled meeting King Ochacho at Soso’s wedding, where he jokingly invited him to his own wedding without expecting him to attend.
The presentation of the mansion has since sparked excitement online, with many Nigerians congratulating the newlyweds and praising King Ochacho for the remarkable wedding gift.
