A man has shared a surprising encounter with a bride’s husband after he unknowingly handed him wedding printings and even gave him ₦1,000 for transport.
According to the man, the incident happened last week after a bride he had done some printing work for told him she would send someone to collect the items.
He said a young man arrived for the pickup, whom he believed was about 18 or 19 years old. Without realising his true identity, he reportedly handed over the printings and gave him ₦1,000 for transport.
The man explained that he had casually greeted the visitor and asked, “How are you bobo? You’re here to pickup for lagbaja abi?” The young man reportedly confirmed that he was.

The man said he was shocked to discover that the person he had assumed was a teenager was actually the groom, who was in his early 30s.
