A Nigerian man from Bayelsa State has reunited with his son after 35 years of separation following a family reunion that brought joy to his loved ones.
The emotional moment was shared by a family member, Ibuomozi Bigi, who revealed that the reunion took place on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

According to Bigi, the man’s son had been given to another man 35 years ago before eventually returning to reunite with the Bigi family.

My older brother’s son who was given to another man 35 years ago has been brought back to the Bigi family yesterday being 19 September 2026, a replica of his father; and today the young man was presented to the Mozi Dynasty in Olobiri Community today being 20th September, 2026 just minutes ago.
I’m overwhelmed with joy over this particular event, and just returning from the village.
