The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate for Kaduna State in 2027, Isa Ashiru Kudan, has expressed shock over the deaths of three members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Jema’a Local Government Area.
The three died while carrying out party duties along the Kaduna-Kafanchan Road.
They are Comrade Caleb Ishaya Alot, PDP Secretary, Jema’a LGA; Ms. Mercy Achi, PDP Zonal Women Leader (Wise Women), Jema’a LGA; and Ms. Charity Bahago, Member, PDP Wise Women, Jema’a LGA.
In a condolence message on Thursday, Ashiru described their death as a great loss not only to their immediate families but also to the PDP family in Jema’a, the zone, and Kaduna State at large.
“On behalf of myself and my associates, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the State, Zonal, and Local leadership of the PDP, the families of the deceased, the entire PDP family in Jema’a Local Government Area, and the good people of Jema’a,” he said.
He prayed for the repose of their souls and for comfort for their families.
“May the Almighty God grant their souls eternal rest, comfort their families, and give the PDP leadership and members the strength to bear this irreparable loss,” Ashiru added.
