An abroad-based Nigerian man has shared a surprising story about how his life reportedly changed after meeting a woman in Denmark who offered him support when he had nowhere to stay.
In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter), according to him, the woman not only gave him a place to stay but also supported him financially on a weekly basis while he was homeless.
In his words, he said:
“I was homeless until a woman asked me out in Denmark, gave me a place to stay and gave me money every week.”
He further claimed that even after telling her he had a wife and children in Nigeria, she continued to support him without hesitation and did not withdraw her help.
He added that the woman even extended her kindness to his family back home by sending them money as well.
“Even after I told her I had a wife and children in Nigeria, she didn’t mind. She even sent them money too,” he added.
The story has sparked mixed reactions online, with some questioning its authenticity while others debated cultural differences in relationships and support systems abroad.
