Nollywood actor Tioroju Mondusi has opened up about a heartbreaking experience involving his wife, the mother of his children.
Speaking during an interview, the actor revealed that issues began when the woman frequently stayed away from home and preferred spending time at her mother’s house, which gradually raised suspicions.
“The person that offended me the most is the mother of my children. She got pregnant and started giving birth, but she hardly stayed with me and was always at her mother’s place.
There was a time I got home and couldn’t find her. I got angry and went to her mother’s house. On getting there, I saw a photo of her and another man on the wall, hugging each other tightly. I was shocked and asked who that was. Immediately, her mother removed the picture and took it inside, not knowing I had already seen it,” he said.
According to him, the shocking discovery led to a heated confrontation that changed everything he thought he knew about his family.
He explained that the situation escalated into a serious argument, during which the woman made a startling revelation about the paternity of the children.
“I called her in anger and started questioning her. She came home and we started fighting. That was the day she told me to my face that I shouldn’t assume I was responsible for all her pregnancies.
At that time, she was six months pregnant. I asked her which of the children were mine, and she said I am the father of the first, second, and fourth child, but not the father of the third and fifth child,” he added.
The actor’s story has since sparked conversations about trust, paternity, and the importance of honesty in relationships, with many reflecting on the emotional impact of such revelations.
