Popular entrepreneur Blord has broken his silence following his release, addressing the controversy surrounding his recent arrest ordeal.
Speaking after arriving at Anambra Airport following his release from Kuje Prison, the businessman linked his situation to politics, suggesting that his support for someone close to him may have triggered the issues he faced.
It was reported that Blord was arrested in connection with a case involving VeryDarkMan. He, however, revisited the matter, insisting that his ordeal was politically motivated.
“They can never intimidate me. What you people are seeing is not a small fight. It’s all about politics. Because I want to support my brother, they want to deal with me. But I still maintain my stand: I can never be bought,” he said.
Despite the situation, Blord appeared defiant, making it clear that he has no intention of backing down or changing his stance.
Last month, during his 28th birthday, Blord indirectly shaded some of his Igbo brothers who were alleged to be supporting a political party due to money and greed, saying he is a billionaire who can never be bought.
Although Blord did not mention any names, his statement sparked speculation online as fans debated on the bold birthday message.
