A lady’s post about the amount her boyfriend sent for the purchase of food items has gone viral online.
The lady, @justmercy on X (formerly Twitter) shared that her boyfriend, working in Ghana, sent her ₦3 million for food items.

According to the X user, she purchased lots of groceries and vital household items.
Upon arriving home, she took a photo of every item she purchased and sent it to him.
In a dramatic turn of events, he got annoyed and accused her of deceit, demanding a refund of the money sent for food items.
”When I got home, I took pictures of everything and sent them to him, showing him what the money was able to get. I even had to add some of my own money to buy a few extra things. I tried to explain that food prices in Nigeria have gone up a lot, but he refused to believe me and is now demanding that I refund his money”, The tweet reads.
