COVID-19: Nigeria Records 712 Fresh Cases of Coronavirus On December 25

On Friday, 25th December, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 712 new cases of the deadly virus across the country.

Reports revealed that Lagos State once again recorded the highest of the day with 388 new cases followed by the FCT, 77 cases.

Below is the breakdown of the rest of the cases among the sates;

Kwara-39 Katsina-35 Bauchi-33 Plateau-22 Ogun-18 Akwa Ibom-16 Delta-13 Kaduna-12 Osun-12 Yobe-11 Sokoto-10 Kebbi-8 Enugu-6 Edo-5 Ondo-3 Niger-2 Kano-1 Oyo-1

There are now a total of 82,747 confirmed cases with 70,239 patients discharged. But then, the death toll is now 1,246.
