Justice Mohammed Umar has granted bail to Omoyele Sowore, leader of #RevutionNow in the sum of N200m.
He is also expected to produce two sureties.
In a ruling, Justice Umar ordered that one of the suretues, must be a traditional ruler from sowore’s community and the other, must have a landed property in Abuja.
The sureties must also be verified by the prosecution.
The court also ordered Sowore to deposit his international passport with deputy chief registrar of the court.
The Judge further handed over the defendant to his lawyers and adjourned the case to Monday July 6th , for Sowore to open his defence.
