Viewers of Big Brother Naija 2021 have been left in shock after Maria nominated Whitemoney for possible eviction on Sunday. Why are people surprised about this development?

Readers can recall that Whitemoney said he knew for sure Maria was a wildcard but did not nominate her. Whitemoney needs Maria in the show. Whitemoney correctly mentioned Pere as a Wildcard. So everyone expected Maria to return the favour by keeping Whitemoney in the show but this did not happen as expected.

As a wildcard, Big Brother gave Maria and Pere the exclusive power to nominate housemates for eviction should they fail to identify them (wildcards) and have them evicted.
