Nigerians Troll Ghanaians For Dominating Their Apple Music Chart

Some Nigerians have taken to social media to troll Ghanaians for taking over the Apple Music Chart, as their artistes dominated almost the top 20 artistes on the platform.

Nineteen (19) Nigerian songs make up the top twenty (20) songs on Ghanaian Apple Music Chart, with Adele (UK singer) adding up to the chart. Apart from Je M’apelle by Ghanaian Rapper, DarkoVibes which even features Davido, no other Ghanaian song is on the first 20 lists.

Netizens have taken to social media to express that Nigerian music is the best to ever happen to Africans, that’s why it’s taking over the world gradually. Others also shared that Nigerian music and Ghanaian music are somehow similar, therefore, it’s not surprising to see them dominating.

Ghanaian music producer, DJ Breezy also took to Twitter to lament over this same issue. He mentioned that even some Ghanaians are supporting Nigerians and calling Ghanaian music ‘trash.’

Some people are of the view that Nigerians make better music than any other African country that’s why they are now the giants of African music.
