Ahead 2027 general elections, the All Progressive Congress (APC), Okpe Chapter, has Inaugurated their new Exco ahead of the 2027 general election.
Ward 10, comprising three communities, Jeddo, Ugbokodo and Ughoton, converged in their great numbers in Jeddo Community Town Hall.
During the Inauguration of the Ward 10 excos, the Chairman of the party Hon. David Agbaminor, charged the inaugurated party Excos to be committed to ensure the victory of the party.
Speaking during the Inauguration, the member representating Okpe in the State House of Assembly, Hon. James Augoye, thanked the people of Ward 10 for their continuous support in previous elections. He said that the Governor is proud of Ward 10.
“Thank you for your unwavering support towards the victory of our party over the years.”
“I want to tell you that the Governor is very proud of this Ward (10). “To repay the support of Ward 10, the Governor appointed many Sons and Daughters across the three communities.”
Speaking further, Hon Augoye said; ” I want to beg, please, let us intensify our efforts to support the re-election President Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Senator Ede Dafinone, Hon. Ramson Onoyake and my humble self.” he said.
“President Tinubu means well for Nigeria; this is the reason why Governor Sheriff is doing well in Delta State because of the synergy between the Presidency and the Governor, if the President did not release funds to the State, the Governor wouldn’t have done much in the State.
The hall filled with APC faithfuls stood up and sang in solidarity the New Renewed Hope for More Agenda song; “On Your Mandate We Shall Stand.”
Amongst the dignitaries that attended the Inauguration includes: Delta State APC Secretary, Chief Efe Uko, Hon. James Augoye, Chief Robert Onome, Mr Mideno Bayagbon, Hon. Andrew AGBI, Hon. Insurance, Mr. Daniel Bayagbon, Mr. Martins Ukodo, Egberife Clifford, Chief Dele Ugbokodo, Sir, Prince Benson, Hon. Royal Cousin, Godwin Mafonomi, Hon. Marcus Opuegen, Hon. Christopher Ejoh, Mr. Idowu Sarokpe, Governor Oborinfoju, Hon. Lucky Enamirienwan, .Hon. Benson Umukoro, Mrs. Blessing Aghere Bayagbon, Mr. Meshach Eberekpe amongst others.
The people reaffirmed their commitments and zeal to the foreseeable victory of all the APC candidates in the forthcoming election.
