Following an exclusive report by SecretsReporters on alleged purchased of a US house by NNPC director under ANTAN, Mr Moses Tsado, further findings by us has confirmed that the property was purchased with mortgage finance by Bank of America.
Enquiries by this online medium to ascertain the declaration of the property by the NNPC top shot in his CCB forms despite his non response to our initial message for comments turned out positive.
His lawyer, Dr JY Musa (SAN) had duly signed & obtained copies of the form from CCB and filled the mortgage properties as one of his assets.
The property was purchased when over 15 NNPC Staff were seconded to ConocoPhillips & Bechtel offices in Houston, Texas, in 2005 for the front-end engineering design & detailed engineering of the Brass LNG Project for Brass LNG Company Ltd on an H1-B visa. The estacode paid him throughout their duration until 2014, when they came back to Nigeria was his down payment for the property to enable him secure the loan to finance the balance, which has appreciated in value overtime.
