Presidential aide, Adamu Garba believes that ex Lagos State Governor and presidential aspirant Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been betrayed by those he helped in the past.
Garba’s comments come amid reports that Tinubu’s supporters are opposed to his presidential ambitions ahead of the presidential primary elections of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
President Muhammadu Buhari and Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun were singled out by Tinubu on Thursday, fueling suspicion.
Adamu Garba expressed his opinion, claiming that it is not Pesident Buhari who is abandoned Tinubu, but rather Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and others.
Taking to his Twitter page, he wrote; “Quite alright Tinubu is betrayed, not by Buhari but by his lieutenants like Osinbajo, Ministers, Governors from the Southwest, etc.
“Look at his surroundings, you ll find Kashim, Abu Ibrahim, Ganduje, Kashim Imam, Aminu Suleman etc. Where are his beneficiaries? I hate betrayal.”
