Nigerian reality TV star and businesswoman, Mercy Eke, has admitted that her claim of having a billionaire boyfriend is false.
The Big Brother Naija All Stars runner-up had said during her time in the house that she had a rich man who did not want her to return to the show.
According to the reality TV star, the mystery guy had also promised to pay her a huge sum of money if she would agree not to go.
But in a recent interview with media personality, Toke Makinwa, the ‘Pepper Dem’ winner made a swift U-turn saying that she lied about having a wealthy man in her life.
Mercy revealed that she only said that in order to chase the male housemates away from her because she didn’t want a relationship.

The BBNaija 2019 winner said she rejected his offer and opted to return to the Big Brother house which is offering the exact same amount as prize money for this year’s winner.
Mercy made this known while having a chat with her fellow housemates, as she told them that her man was possessively jealous.
However, the reality TV star lamented that now she has appeared on the show, she wouldn’t be receiving a single Kobo from him.
She said; “My boyfriend told me that he’ll give me N120 million in three months, that I shouldn’t go for All Stars but I said no, I want this.”
