Renowned Nigerian politician who is also a member of the opposition, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Shehu Sani has thrown shades at the president of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, and his All Progressive Congress (APC) government.
Shehu Sani threw these shades at the president in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
According to him, the president and his government are like a guy who has dated a lady for about seven years, and when it was time for him to marry the lady, the guy’s parents are preventing him from marrying the lady because of where the lady comes from.
The post he made reads;
“You date a lady for seven years and when it’s time for marriage,you explain that your parents will not approve of it because of where she comes from. That’s the situation of the ruling party.”
