The National Chairman of PAP Phase Two, Ibena Rufus Salvation, has congratulated the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro, on his birthday.
Salvation described Otuaro as a dedicated public servant committed to the development and empowerment of youths in the Niger Delta.
In a statement issued to mark the occasion, he commended the PAP Administrator for his efforts towards advancing the objectives of the programme and creating opportunities for its beneficiaries.
He said Otuaro’s commitment to the welfare and development of Niger Delta youths had contributed to the peace and progress of the region.
Salvation prayed God to grant Otuaro good health, wisdom and strength to continue his service to the Niger Delta and Nigeria.
He said, “On behalf of PAP Phase Two, I wish Dr Dennis Otuaro a happy birthday. May God continue to guide and strengthen you and grant you many more years of good health, peace and fulfilment in service to our people and our country.
