A Securities and Exchange Commission-licensed issuing house, Regius Capital Limited, has completed its first Commercial Paper transaction, participating as a dealer in the N30billion Commercial Paper issuance by Johnvents Industries Limited under the company’s N100billion Commercial Paper Programme.
The Commercial Paper issuance comprised Series 22, 23 and 24, with tenors of 181 days, 269 days and 364 days, and corresponding yields of 22.0%, 23.0% and 24.5% per annum, respectively. The offer was opened and fully concluded in December 2025.
The issuance was executed under Johnvents Industries Limited’s N100 billion Commercial Paper Programme and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
It was supported by issuer ratings of BBB+ from Agusto & Co and BBB+ from GCR Ratings and was made available exclusively to qualified investors.
Regius Capital Limited participated in the transaction as a dealer, contributing to the structuring and distribution of the issuance in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
The transaction represented a key execution milestone for Regius Capital and demonstrated the firm’s ability to participate effectively in capital market transactions following the grant of its Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) licence.
