Peter Okoye Officially Joins Nollywood

Popular Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, has sparked reactions on social media as he has officially joined the Nollywood movie industry.

Mr P aside from his career as a singer is a businessman and a dancer. He has been in the music industry for a long time as he used to sing alongside his brother, Rudeboy under the name Psquare. About three years ago, the two got separated due to managerial issues. Efforts from their fans to bring them together has proven futile.

Before this official announcement, Peter has been appearing in comedy skits of Mr Macaroni where he once played the role of an Igbo businessman. Peter seems to have acted his first movie as his friend, Micheal Zibby took to his Instagram page to announce the artist joining the movie industry.

Sharing a photo with some of the giants in the industry, Zibby attached the caption, “This one choke on a classic level @mofedamijo classic LEGEND @peterpsquare my brother way back @realalinuhu mutuma forever SHANTY TOWN the movie loading, this one over Choke”.
