Nollywood actress and reality TV star Venita Akpofure has revealed that she still receives attention from potential younger suitors at the age of 39.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Tea With Tay podcast, Akpofure said her physical appearance gives her an advantage in the dating scene, noting that she looks considerably younger than her age.
The actress also disclosed that most of the men who approach her are younger, claiming that younger men are often more confident and bold enough to make advances towards her.
“I am 39, but if I told you I was 28, you would believe me. I only get approached by younger men. They are more courageous than the older ones.
“What they don’t have in their bank accounts, they make up for with bravery and audacity,” the reality star said.
Venita is divorced and has two children. She was previously romantically involved with fellow reality TV star Adekunle, who is younger than her, but their relationship ended shortly after the Big Brother Naija All Stars season.
