Nigerian actress Halima Abubakar has said that although she is a public figure she does not cross her boundaries by involving herself in issues that do not concern her.

Speaking in an interview with Punch, Halima Abubakar disclosed during the discussion that she is now mature and more thoughtful in her approach to life, unlike she used to be.
“Change is inevitable. I used to be very stubborn and emotional. However, I don’t make excuses for my behavior. Now I have changed. I am very calm and classy now. I am mature in my thoughts and approach to life. I do not put my mouth or go to places where I am not needed. I am very loyal”.

Speaking about her experience as a mother, Halima Abubakar said that although she is a mother of one, she is also a mother of a lot of adopted children who are in her foundation.
“My experience as a mother has been amazing. I love children and I have so many adopted children in the orphanages. For the past 10 years, I have been taking care of these kids through my foundation. I did not bring the children into my house though; they are in the orphanage. I just them my children.”
