A Nigerian man identified as @Themrbachelor on X, (formerly Twitter), has detailed how he discovered a coffin in his apartment.
In a viral post, the X user revealed his landlord’s family informed him about their intention to exhume a relative’s coffin from his sitting room.
Man Shocked By Landlord’s Family
Intially, he was unaware of the coffin, despite living in the apartment for over a year.
However, the landlord’s family assured him they would sort out the repairs after the exhumation.
The man, who kept the apartment’s location undisclosed, noted that he was its first occupant.
Exhumation Carried Out
A follow-up tweet offers a glimpse of the living room after the exhumation, with people gathered beside it.
Reflecting on the incident, the man urged prospective tenants to be cautious prior to renting an apartment.
Meanwhile, he intends to vacate the apartment as netizens weigh in on the incident, with many expressing concern.
