Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Victoria Nwachukwu and Oluwatosin Adekunle, directors of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited, wanted over alleged conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.
The commission made the declarations in separate notices issued on Wednesday and signed by its Head of Media and Publicity Dele Oyewale.
Nwachukwu, 31, is from Imo State, while Adekunle, 32, is from Ekiti State. Both have their last known address listed as House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State.
In its notice on Nwachukwu, the EFCC said, “The public is hereby notified that VICTORIA CHIDINMA NWACHUKWU of OASIS VIVACITY GLOBAL LIMITED, whose photograph appears above is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an alleged case of Conspiracy, Obtaining Money by False Pretence, and Fraudulent Diversion of Funds.”
On Adekunle, the commission said, “The public is hereby notified that OLUWATOSIN OSASONA ADEKUNLE of OASIS VIVACITY GLOBAL LIMITED, whose photograph appears above is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an alleged case of Conspiracy, Obtaining Money by False Pretence, and Fraudulent Diversion of Funds.”
The EFCC urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of either suspect to contact its offices in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt or Abuja.
The commission also provided 08093322644 and [email protected] for information on the suspects.
It said information could also be provided to the nearest police station or other security agencies.
