“Bring Ogogo to me, I’ll heal him” – Traditionalist offers to help ailing actors

A traditionalist has offered to treat veteran Yoruba actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, after his daughters publicly sought urgent medical assistance for their father.

The traditionalist, who identified herself as Yeye Osun Ade, shared a video addressing Ogogo’s daughter and offered to take care of the actor without requesting payment.

Traditionalist Sends Message to Ogogo’s Daughter

In the video, she urged Ogogo’s daughter to stop crying and said she was willing to help the veteran actor after learning about his reported stage-four cancer diagnosis.

“Ogogo’s daughter, why are you crying? Oya wipe your tears. My people, have you shown my video to Ogogo?” she said.

She claimed she had been informed that Ogogo was battling stage-four cancer and suggested that the actor’s condition had become severe.

They said Ogogo has cancer type 4. Omode O Mo Ogun, ounpe lefo. Children are playing with charms not knowing its effects,” she stated.

The traditionalist then called on people close to Ogogo to share her message with his daughter.

“Bring Ogogo to me, I will take care of him and he will be whole again,” she said.

‘I don’t need his money’

Yeye Osun Ade stressed that she was not seeking financial assistance from Ogogo or his family.

“I don’t need his money. Bring Ogogo to me, I will take care of him and he will be whole again,” she stated.

She further claimed that hospitals were rejecting the actor because his illness had become too serious, although she did not provide independent evidence to support the claim.

They have seen that it has gotten out of hand, that’s why hospitals are rejecting him,” she said.

The traditionalist also claimed that she had previously offered to help people dealing with different illnesses, including cancer.

I have told you that anything sickness or even cancer, call on me. I’m Yeye Osun Ade,” she added.

‘Your father has helped me’

Yeye Osun Ade also appealed directly to Ogogo’s daughter, saying the actor had previously helped her in a significant way.

“Wipe your tears, your father has helped me. The first house I built was through your father,” she claimed.

She encouraged viewers to share the video widely so that it could reach Ogogo’s family.

“Share this video to reach her. Tell her to call me on this line. I’m not requesting for money. I will make him whole again,” she said.

Her appeal comes after Ogogo’s daughters, Lima and Kira Taiwo, separately took to social media to seek urgent medical assistance for their father, who they said is battling stage-four cancer.

Several Nollywood actors, including TAMPAN president Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr Latin, Odunlade Adekola, Muyiwa Ademola, Toyin Abraham and Bimbo Oshin, have also joined the campaign for medical assistance for the veteran actor.
