A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to express her pain after claiming that men she dates often leave her shortly after she tells them that she is a single mother.

The woman, who broke down in tears while speaking in Yoruba, said this has happened to her several times and she does not understand why the men keep walking away after learning that she has a child.
According to her, it is not the first, second or even third time she has experienced the situation, leaving her emotionally devastated and questioning what the future holds for her.
While crying, she appealed to mothers and other people watching the video to have mercy on her as she opened up about her struggles with finding a partner who would accept her and her child.
She said:
“Please have mercy on me, is this how it going to be like this my life is ruined oh God, Mothers please have mercy on me, when i am dating someone (A man) Is it a crime for me to tell them that I have given birth Is it a crime? First one, second one and third one have ran away from me please help me my life has been ruined”
She further explained that she decided to be honest with a man she was dating about having a child, but claimed that he ended the relationship immediately after she revealed it.
She added:
“I had to open up to the man I was dating that i have a child, Immediately, he left me”
