Marlian Music hype man and dancer, Lil Smart has left fans feeling worried and concerned following his weird behaviour online.

The associate of Naira Marley went on Instagram live and started speaking gibberish about the reason weed is illegal.

Lil Smart was also spotted with a knotted white rope which his followers thought he wanted to use to attempt suicide.

He seemed to be intoxicated by an unknown substance as he was speaking uncoordinatedly about how government refused to ban smoking because politicians will become billionaires if weed is legalised.
