Video: Omoyele At Federal High Court To Answer A Libel Allegation Filed By The Attorney General of the Federation

Human right activist, Omoyele Sowore has been dragged to Federal High Court by the Attorney General of Federation over libel allegation.

According to Omoyele, the AGF Abubakar Malami SAN secretly filed another suit against him at the FCT High Court after the Federal High Court postponed their sittings.

In a tweet, he said

At the Federal High Court Abuja to answer to a “libel” allegation filed by the Attorney General of the Federation, @Malamisan but the court did not sit! The AGF also secretly filed another libel case at the FCT High Court upon learning that we’d challenged his proxy in this case!
