UEFA Champions League 2023/24 pots announced, 32 teams divided into 4 pots

Champions League 2023/24: This season marks the end of the Champions League, which has been a thrilling competition. Manchester City won their first trophy in Istanbul after defeating Inter Milan 1-0 in the final. Because several new teams will enter the Champions League in 2023/24, the season will be more intriguing. According to UEFA’s system, four pots have been completed, with 32 teams divided into eight pots.

According to UEFA, the teams will be divided into four seeding pots. Pot 1 will include the holders, UEFA Europa League winners, and champions of the six highest-ranked nations that did not qualify through one of the 2022/23 continental crowns. The club coefficient rankings will decide pots 2–4.

All of the pots are finally complete. The remaining will be picked as the qualifying phase begins in July and August. On June 1, 2024, the final of the following season will be held at Wembley Stadium.

*Qualifying teams for Champions League next season:

The group stage next stage has already been completed by 26 teams. The preliminary qualifying round will begin on June 27 with teams from San Marino, Andorra, Montenegro, and Iceland competing for a spot.

POT 1: Sevilla, Manchester City, Bayern, PSG, Barcelona, Benfica, Napoli, Feyenoord.

POT 2: Real Madrid, Manchester United, Inter, Dortmund, Atlético de Madrid, RB Leipzig, Porto, Arsenal.

POT 3: Shakhtar, RB Salzburg, AC Milan, Lazio, Red Star, Rengers and two others

POT 4: Union Berlin, Newcastle united, Lens, Real Sociedad, Celtic, Copenhagen.

In Addition, the Current Champions Manchester City are in Pot 1, together with La Liga, Barcelona, and Europa League winners. This pot contains Ligue 1, Bundesliga, and Serie A champions. Arsenal and Manchester United are in Pot 2, along with Real Madrid and Inter Milan, who finished second last season. Both Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund are in the same group.
