U-20 WCup: Casadei’s brilliant display clarifies why he should be part of Chelsea team next season

Cesare Casadei has been amazing at the ongoing U-20 World Cup tournament in Argentina as he scored his seventh goal of the tournament against South Korea tonight. Meanwhile, his performance at the competition so far has explained why he should be part of Chelsea’s team for next season.

Chelsea owners have reassured the fans that one of their goals is to develop the young players to become a superstar in the future. A young player like Casadei has shown that his future is bright which is why Chelsea must do all they can to make him part of the team next season.

Chelsea’s midfield is getting empty as Ngolo Kante is heading to Saudi Arabia, Kovacic is probably heading to Manchester City, and Mount might also join Manchester United. Denis Zakaria will return to Juventus. Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Conor Gallagher are expected to be sold or loaned out.

This leaves space for Chelsea to try Casadei next season. The youngster is the highest goalscorer at the ongoing U-20 World Cup and his shooting skill was one of the things Chelsea midfielder lacked last season.

However, as a result of his brilliant performance at the ongoing tournament, Pochettino should try and utilize the youngster next season as it will ultimately contribute to Chelsea’s success.
