Tribunal: Reactions As Okonkwo Reveals That They Have Presented A Software Engineer As A Witness

Kenneth Okonkwo One of the spokespersons of the OBIDATTI Presidential campaign council and also among the legal representatives of the labour party presidential aspirant, Peter Gregory Obi, has revealed that they presented a software engineer as a witness at the ongoing presidential election petition tribunal at the court of Appeal

It is no longer news that the court resumed it sitting on Thursday after a sitting was adjourned on Wednesday

Updating his followers on the outcome of the Proceedings, Okonkwo said that they presented a software engineer as witness and the witness testified at the court . He said the witness testified on the uploading of the election results on IREV portal .

He said after that, they took their Motion of 22nd May and 2nd June jointly for interrogatories to be served on the 1st correspondent

He finally said that the court will rule on the motion on notice on Friday or Saturday
