According to RMC journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Chelsea have submitted their first offer to Crystal Palace in an effort to sign Michael Olise. The Blues have reportedly made an initial bid of around €45m, plus add-ons, for the 21-year-old attacker. Furthermore, Hawkins has reported that Olise is open to joining the Stamford Bridge side and has already given the move a green light. However, Chelsea aren’t the only club in the race as reports have indicated that both Manchester City and Arsenal are also keeping an eye on proceedings.

Manchester United are willing to spend €50million on a Real Madrid defender this summer, but the player in question isn’t keen on the move. Erik ten Hag’s primary focus for the time being is signing a new striker and holding midfielder, but they are also exploring other targets. It previously came to light that Man Utd are keen on a move for David Alaba, with Real Madrid seemingly open to selling the player this summer. Alaba would certainly add a new dynamic to the United back line. The 31-year-old can play as a centre-half or left-back and would add a wealth of experience to Ten Hag’s side.
